If your tenants cannot park in their own spots, or your customers cannot use your lot because someone else left a car in it, that is a problem that recurs weekly until it is dealt with properly.
Who this is for
Apartment and condo property managers, landlords of multi-unit buildings, retail and restaurant operators with customer parking, office buildings with assigned spaces, construction sites and private lots, and anyone whose driveway or loading bay keeps getting blocked.
This is an ongoing working relationship rather than a one-off emergency call. We get to know your property, your spaces and your rules, so a call from you does not start with explaining the layout every time.

Before you tow anything
Towing from private property in Ontario carries legal obligations around signage, authorisation and notification, and the rules are not identical everywhere. Getting this wrong exposes you to liability, not us.
Signage is normally the critical piece: posted, visible and worded correctly, placed so a driver sees it before parking. Before starting a towing arrangement, confirm your obligations with your own legal advisor, your insurer and the City of Ottawa, and make sure the person authorising each tow actually has the authority to do so.
We will work within whatever process you set up. We will not advise you on what the law requires of you, because that is a question for your lawyer rather than your tow operator.
Impound retrieval
If your vehicle has been towed from private property and you are trying to get it back, you need to contact whoever holds it. That is typically the towing company named on the signage at the property, or the property manager.
We can tow your vehicle from an impound yard to your home or your mechanic once it has been released, which is useful if it is not roadworthy or if your licence situation has changed.
Vehicle storage
We can arrange secure storage for vehicles removed from a property or held pending a decision. Storage terms, rates and duration are agreed in advance and in writing, so there are no surprises for you or the vehicle owner.
Setting up an account
Call and we will talk through your property, how often this happens, who is authorised to request a tow and how you want to be invoiced. Regular commercial clients get priority dispatch and consolidated billing rather than paying per call-out.
What we provide
- Unauthorized vehicle removal on your instruction, following your process
- 24/7 availability: blocked driveways do not keep business hours
- Secure vehicle storage with terms agreed in advance
- Impound retrieval towing once a vehicle is released
- Account billing and priority dispatch for regular commercial clients
Questions about private property towing
Can I have any car towed off my property?
Not automatically. Ontario has rules on signage, authorisation and notification for private property towing, and they protect vehicle owners as well as you.
Confirm your obligations with your legal advisor, your insurer and the City of Ottawa before setting up a towing arrangement. We will then work within the process you establish.
My car was towed from a private lot. How do I get it back?
Contact whoever holds the vehicle, usually the company named on the signage at the property, or the property manager. If it is with us, call and we will tell you exactly what is needed.
Do you offer accounts for property managers?
Yes. Regular commercial clients get priority dispatch and consolidated billing. Call to set it up.
Can you store a vehicle for us?
Yes, with the terms, rate and duration agreed in writing up front.
Will you advise me on signage requirements?
No. That is a question for your own legal advisor and the City of Ottawa, not your tow operator. We will follow whatever process you put in place.
