Our tow operator certificate is shown on request. Ask the driver at the scene, or call (613) 265-5529 and we will show it to you.
Prices
Every job is different, so we quote by phone. Call or text (613) 265-5529 with where you are, the vehicle and what happened, and you get the price before the vehicle is hooked up.
Ontario also caps what tow operators can charge. Each operator files its maximum rates with the Ministry of Transportation, and the driver gives you our maximum rate schedule before asking for your consent to tow. You can check any operator’s certificate and filed rates on the Ministry’s published rates service.
Your rights when you are towed in Ontario
These come from the province’s rules for tow operators. The official list is on Ontario’s page Know your rights when getting a tow.
- Your consent is needed. A tow operator needs your consent before towing, unless police or another authorized official directs the tow. Without consent, they cannot charge you for it.
- You choose. You can choose which company tows your vehicle (except in a restricted tow zone) and where it is taken, unless police direct otherwise.
- Rates and rights first. Before asking for your consent, the driver must give you the operator’s maximum rate schedule and a list of your rights.
- A copy of what you sign. You get a copy of the consent document, showing the operator, the driver’s certificate number and the destination you chose. Never sign a blank form.
- Access to your vehicle. You, or someone acting for the owner, should be allowed to access the vehicle, unless police direct otherwise.
- An itemized invoice. You can see an itemized invoice before you are asked to pay.
- Your choice of payment. You can choose how to pay, including credit card, debit card or cash, and you get a receipt.
- Your belongings. If your vehicle goes into storage, you are told where it is and how to get it back, and the owner (or someone with their permission) can collect personal belongings during regular hours at no charge.
